Don't have a profile yet?

Use the email address used to purchase tickets to create a profile on the Computicket website. Using your email address to login, but still not winning? Ensure that the email address under “Update profile” is the same email address used to login to your profile.

How to reset your password?

Click on "PROFILE"
Click on "Forgot Password"
Enter your cell phone number or email address.
A password will be sent to you.
After receiving the password, go back to "PROFILE".
Enter your cell number or email address and password
that you received then click "Log in".
Go to "WELCOME" on the top right of your page, click
on "Profile Update" to make the necessary amendments.

Can more than one user access my Computicket profile to stream an event?

Three concurrent streams of any event is allowed per Computicket profile. No sharing of your Computicket profile log in details are permitted.

How do I stream the show?

You can stream the event from any
smart device / PC / Laptop or TV.

How long can I watch the stream for?

A live stream is only available for the duration of the live show.
VOD streams specify the viewing time a VOD is available for. The duration to view a VOD is from time of transaction or time of VOD going live if your transaction was prior to live date.

How much data will i need to stream a show?

For 720p you will need between 1,5Gb - 2Gb per hour
For Full HD you will need 4Gb per hour.
