RIDICULOUSLY BEAUTIFUL
PLACES AROUND THE WORLD

There are many beautiful places around us just waiting to be explored. Whether you are a nature lover and enjoy outdoor activities or you prefer to indulge in a historic site or visit a museum, there is certainly something for everyone!

Where do you even start to plan your dream holiday? Where are the most beautiful places in the world to visit?

To make your vacation planning - or even just lockdown daydreaming - a little easier, we have put together our pick of some of the most beautiful places in the world for you.

Ha Long Bay - Vietnam

The extraordinary Ha Long Bay is located in the far north of Vietnam, near the border to China. You may know this impressive landscape from the famous James Bond movie "Tomorrow Never Dies."

Our recommendation: Rent a boat and swim in the turquoise blue sea - an indescribable, once in a lifetime experience!

Venice, Italy

If traversing the canals with a be-striped gondolier sounds unbearably touristy (but hey, it’s the stuff dreams are made of in our opinion), stick to the sidewalks and spectacular arched bridges to get your fill of this truly unique, wildly romantic floating city.

Our recommendation: Go for an Instawalk and find the most unique spots to photograph. Post your shots all over Insta and inspire your friends to pack their bags!

The Colosseum - Italy

You can visit countless attractions in the Italian capital, but do not miss the opportunity to visit the unforgettable Colosseum. The huge arena hosted the gladiatorial battles of the ruling Emperor.

Our recommendation: Grab your camera and take tons of photos of this beautiful arena when visiting.

Pamukkale, Turkey

Put every infinity pool you’ve ever seen to shame with these natural, snow-white hot springs overlooking the nearby city of Denizli. On top of the picturesque soak, Pamukkale is also home to the impressively preserved ruins of the ancient Roman spa-city Hierapolis where you can bathe like an emperor among the submerged centuries-old columns.

Our recommendation: Google “Pamukkale, Turkey” and you’ll see why this should be high up on your bucket list.

The Amazon rainforest - South America

Deep green and full of life: these are the highlights of the Amazon rainforest. There is probably no other jungle in the world that is so impressive. For good reason, the Amazon is also called "the green lung of the earth".

Our recommendation: Wander through the jungle to the most extraordinary places like the Manaus Base Camp, Manu Biosphere Reserve, Madidi National Park or Monkey Island.

Mobirise

Tamil Nadu, India

Most travelers head to North India for its Mughal palaces and forts, but the Southern state of Tamil Nadu is where most of the country's major Hindu temples are found, including the brightly-colored Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple and the Meenakshi Temple Complex, which is so large it's considered a mini-city.

Our recommendation: If you’re ever in Tamil Nadu and looking to escape the blistering indian heat, visit VGP Snow Kingdom, Tamil Nadu’s first and only full-fledged snow theme park!

The Pyramids of Giza - Egypt

If there is a historic place in the world to visit, then it is Egypt! The unparalleled history of the pharaohs, the huge pyramids in the desert and the towering capital of Cairo make for a spectacular educational vacation. The famous Pyramids of Giza, which consist of a total of 6 pieces, are among the oldest buildings in the world. You will be enchanted!

Our recommendation: The brand new Grand Egyptian Museum, which will be the largest archeological museum in the world, is set to be inaugurated in June 2021. Definitely something not to be missed.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi, UAE

With 82 domes and enough room to accommodate 40,000 worshippers, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is not only one of the largest mosques in the world but also one of the most beautiful with a marble courtyard featuring mosaics of flowers native to the Middle East.

Our recommendation: Take a moment to explore the pools, the hand woven carpets, the intricate mosaic and the grand chandeliers. You also have the opportunity to pay your respects at the tomb of Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nhayan who died in 2004.
